Core business areas

1. Pre-loading Inspection

Pre-loading Inspection is a critical quality control process conducted before goods are loaded onto a shipping vessel. It ensures that the products meet required standards, are properly packed, and are free from damage or defects before shipment. This inspection helps prevent disputes, delays, and financial losses due to damaged or non-compliant goods.

Confirms that the goods match the purchase order in terms of quantity, specifications, and quality. Checks for defects, damages, or deviations from agreed standards.

Ensures proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. Verifies correct labeling, barcodes, and shipping marks.

Ensures products meet destination country’s import regulations (e.g., safety, labeling, or material restrictions)

Monitors the loading process to prevent mishandling, improper stacking, or overloading. Checks container condition (clean, dry, no structural damage).

2. Cargo Inspection and Appraisal

Cargo Damage Investigation: Carry out on-site investigation of cargo wet loss, short volume, pollution and other accidents in the course of transportation, analyze the reasons for responsibility and issue inspection reports with legal effect.

Bulk and Liquid Cargo Inspection: including weight appraisal, quality analysis and loading and unloading supervision of bulk cargoes such as grains, coal, oil, chemicals, etc. to avoid trade disputes.

3. Bunker Survey

Pre-delivery & Post-delivery Surveys: Measure bunker quantities before and after fueling to verify supplied volumes.

Tank Sounding & Density Corrections: Use industry-standard methods (ASTM, ISO) to calculate fuel quantity, accounting for temperature, density, and vessel trim.

ROB (Remaining On Board) Surveys: Assess residual fuel quantities before bunkering to prevent disputes.

Sampling & Analysis: Collect representative samples (MARPOL Annex VI compliant) for laboratory testing (ISO 8217 standards).

Contamination Detection: Identify water content, sediment, or chemical impurities that may damage engines.

Compliance Checks: Verify sulfur content (ECA compliance) and other regulatory requirements.
